Bite Me Fishing Charters - Hervey Bay operates from HERVEY BAY, QLD, 4655

*** This charter is no longer operating *** Bite Me Fishing Charters are a well-established fishing charter business fishing the beautiful and fish rich waters of Fraser Island & the Southern Great Barrier Reef only a few hours north of Brisbane perfect for a weekend getaway , Offering FULL DAY and OVERNIGHT fishing charters. Trips are available year round & can be customised to suit your needs.

We can accommodate up to 6 anglers on day trips and 4 anglers on overnight trips and boasts twin cummins 430hp engines with a cruise speed of 19 knots. She also boasts a 7 kva generator for 240 volts , air conditioned cabins, TV / DVD, toilet and shower with instant hot water.

Reef, sportsfishing and marlin fishing trips are available on full day and extended trips. Full days run up to 50 nautical miles from Hervey Bay. Extended liveaboard trips run as far as Swains reef.

Fishing tackle, bait, lures, snacks, soft drinks and water are included in all trips. Extended charters also include meals, liveaboard accommodation and linen. BYO jigging rigs and alcohol – responsible drinking is required. See our full website at www.bitememarlincharters.com.au

LIGHT TACKLE MARLIN CHARTERS. Day trips are fishing Rooney's Point and the Breaksea Spit at Fraser Island. Day trips max of 6 people recommend 4. $2000 per day total price. Extended trips 2-7 days $2200 per day total, max of 4 people, and run only OCT - FEB.

HEAVY TACKLE MARLIN CHARTERS. Fishing from Fraser Island to Lady Musgrave on the southern Great Barrier Reef. 2 - 7 day trips max of 4 people, $2200 per day. Available year round. Private groups only.

Review: We have had many great days out fishing with scotty , whether we were doing a Marlin trip or Reef fishing days he put us on the fish , and he does not skimp on the fishing gear either, all top PENN reels and quality rods down to the swivels all quality..... excellent service .... in 2013 we did three trips ( would have done more but that's the weather for you )
