Tura Charters operates from GLADSTONE, QLD, 4680
*** Tura Charters IS NO LONGER OPERATING *** Owner operators of long range passenger charter vessels for over 25 years departing Gladstone to the Swain Reefs, Capricorn Bunker Group, Shoalwater Bay and Coral Sea areas. Tura Charters offer a minimum of 3 up to 14 nights and beyond departing from the port of Gladstone on the Capricorn Coast of Queensland. Tura Charters operate two large vessels accommodating groups of between 12 and 20 anglers.
Our vessels are the Tura - 78ft in length catering 12 >18 passengers with 4 x tenders and the Eastern Voyager is 84ft in length catering 14 > 20 passengers with 5 tenders. Both vessels are air conditioned throughout with plenty of room on the decks with seating and room for deep water fishing. Our vessels operate within Queenslands regulations with the Great Barrier Reef Marine Mark Authority and also the Department of Primary Industry which govern fish size, species, bag limits.
Less than the minimum numbers are welcome based on the day rate of the vessel. Price can vary depending on which vessel, early payment options (for private group bookings only) and area of operation. Swains, Capricorn Bunker Group and Schoalwater Bay 7 days trips can be from $2,495 per person. Coral Sea bookings no less than 10 days + fuel surcharge applies. 3 day organised charters @ $1,120 per person. We require minimum numbers (14>) aboard the Eastern Voyager before confirmation of trips and are still advertising for people to join these charters, when we have reached minimum numbers you will then be contacted in regard to further information. Once we have confirmed the charter a deposit of $500 per person would then be required to confirm and hold your booking.
Our daily hire is inclusive of GST, GBR charges, tenders, fuel, all meals, linen, towel, bait, softdrink and 24hour tea/coffee facility. Your extras include - Fishing Gear, Beverage of choice (we can organise for groups - conditions apply) , freight home for your catch if required. A deposit is required to confirm bookings. The end catch is shared amongst the group evenly at the end of the charter. You are able to keep some whole fish of your own – just need to let the crew know. hesitate to contact us.
