For someone who has been fishing for over 48 years, I have found it funny and frustrating at the same time to see poor souls trying to cast their line. I had a very good teacher, my father, Norman. So I decided to pass on those invaluable skills my father passed to me, so come and you will enjoy your fishing a lot, lot more. It can take a while but once you get the casting right, fishing is so enjoyable and you'll be hooked! The meals that are provided are first rate so I have been told by all my previous guest's. MENU EXAMPLES * Salmon with Parsnip puree & cumin butter sauce. * Prime Scotch Fillet of Beef with Thyme butter & red wine jus. * Chicken Breast & Asparagus wrapped in Prosciutto in a white wine & Dijon mustard jus. * Leg of Ham Slow cooked on the Weber with a jam glaze. * Free Range Pork Cutlets with a butter & cumin source & sweet potato's mash. * Special Beef Curry.
