Top Gear Fishing Charters is a family owned business with over 40 years of experience in every facet of the Industry, many different countries and a Professional attitude, we guarantee a great day out, our vessel Berjun is a 38' foot purpose built Randell made in Western Australia for offshore fishing. We pride ourselves on giving the best day out possible with no bad attitudes. If you are experienced we will set you up in your own spot, if you are inexperienced or never fished before, we will help you out with our wealth of knowledge and sense of humour and when it comes to the kids we still remember our first fish and our kids first fish, we will make that special effort them and what better family bonding is there, yes fishing should be fun.
Our vessel has all weather cover with permanent seats and open rear for the big ones, using nothing but Top of the line gear we throw everything at them, we tow Lures from the back when travelling with dedicated Game fishing gear and Bottom bash with Shimano overhead TLD's and Penn rotary for live and float fishing, using Garmin Electronics we have it covered. Fishing is Seasonal on the Gold Coast and we change our style accordingly, we will also move around when we need to find the fish, they don't always live in the same spot, some boats will take you to the same special spot everyday, we don't do that, I drive using my Electronics, when I see good fish on the sounder we throw bait at them.
When you catch your fish we will remove them for you, clean bag and chill them so you have the best quality fish available. We take pride in what we do, Safety is paramount, we will not compromise and our boat is one of the best Sea boats in the business, Catching fish, nothing makes us happier than seeing you catch fish, especially that big one and we will do anything possible to do that, sense of humour, we don't just sell a Fishing trip, we take you out on an Adventure and encourage people to get to know each other, have a laugh and make a day of it.
