Being “mad keen” fisherman we are up to date with all the latest fishing techniques and methods. Offering half, 3/4 and full day offshore fishing charters from the Gold Coast. Your skipper Clyde has 20 years experience fishing the Gold Coast region and now has a 30ft Noosa-Cat Power Catamaran which accommodates up to 8 anglers. In the summer/autumn we target pelagic species such as spotted Spanish mackerel, wahoo, tuna, mahi mahi (Dophin Fish) and black marlin. In winter and spring, we go for pearl perch, squire, snapper, trag jew, tusk fish and king fish. Inclusions: We supply Shimano overhead reels all spooled with braided line and all on quality Penn and Shimano Rods. We show our guests how to use these for maximum results. We also supply soft drinks, water, morning tea and lunch (full day charter only). BYO alcohol - cans only. Bring a hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, soft footwear, esky and a camera. Review: We went on the Sunday half day 5 hr morning charter on Sunday 31/5/2015 Dept 6am. Was an unforgettable experience to say the least! Caught plenty of fish, had a blast, The skipper definitely knew his spots, we were drifting up on the fish like pros!(had a sore arm by the end of it). I have been on many charters and I would highly recommend [this to] anyone (who actually wants to catch fish)! First drop I was in on a beauty of a snapper! Loads of species targeted. The crew were really friendly and warmed up the cold morning. Plenty of laughs and banter going on :) Great size boat! was really solid in the water and plenty of power to get us all out nice and deep (60m) in no time. Nice and roomy too. The crew answered all my questions in relation to the Gold Coast Fishing, so we all knew we were in good hands! Exceptional start to a Sunday, Looking forward to the next one!!

Review: Perfect conditions and the Skipper put us straight onto the fish. Lots of Trag Jew and also some big Jumbo Mack Tuna which was great fun until the Sharks turned up! Service, instruction, facilities and equipment were all good and everybody went home with a feed of fish. Some confusion at the pick-up point which resulted in some lost precious early morning fishing time. Vessel arrived at wharf on time but signage on boat read 'Gold Coast Fishing Charters' not True Blue. Vessel departed but had to turn around and go back to pick up one passenger who didn't get on because he thought it was the wrong charter boat. Correct signage would have helped avoid this. Lines didn't get in until 7am and Skipper declared lines up at 10.05am when fish were still biting which I thought was a little early considering we lost some time at the beginning? Vessel arrived back at wharf 10.40am. This charter was advertised '6-11am' [half day trip]. An enjoyable day overall and had to be satisfied as everyone took home some fish, just a little disappointing lines up was called a little early.
